• Should have 12-15 years’ experience in service delivery for applications Support, Transition and SLA Management
• Should have managed applications developed on different technologies like Oracle Forms/Java/Dot Net etc
• Should come from Technical background and understand Application lifecycle, enhancement lifecycle and support
• ITIL certified and Should have track record in meeting stringent SLAs for Application Support
• Good communication skill along with customer stakeholder management
