Sr. Landscape Architect
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of projects including day to day coordination with project team.
Develop client relationship as well as attends key client presentations and meetings including stakeholder and authority engagements.
Develop and creates high quality and innovative concept designs.
Lead preliminary and detailed design drawings and documentation including technical specifications and construction detailing.
Selects and recommends landscape materials and palette for hardscape, softscape and site furniture based on local knowledge/experience of materials.
Leads and manages developing concept and detailed master plan focused on public realm design and strategies.
Responsible for all aspects of site analysis, site planning, design development and preparation of construction plans and details.
Undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
Ability to manage and execute projects from concept through to construction documentation.
Strong graphics and presentation skills in both hand sketches and digital program/software.
Ability to multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree.
10 total years of experience
3 years experience with a consultancy office in UAE, with experience in supervision
Should have experience in Abu Dhabi
Musanada approval
Structure experience is preferred
Civil engineers with landscaping experience might be accepted
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and preferably in Abu Dhabi
