Apply your attention to detail using some very precise techniques, including dipping, decorating, filling and molding. Excellent at creating a variety of chocolate confections, such as chocolate truffles, special seasonal items, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more. Knowledge and experience in baking products such as brownies, tarts, pastries and cakes Quality control of raw materials used and ensuring work is completed to the highest of standards with no mistakes Clean and disinfect all equipment before and after use as well as workspaces.
