Supporting and helping build successful agents
Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
Hiring and training staff of the brokerage
Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Planning and directing sales team training
Working on sales scripts with agents
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting
Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.
Handle & execute day-to-day operations of commercial properties.
Providing lease administration for commercial & residential properties.
Preparing financial budgets, reports & statements relating to real estate business.
Initiating & implementing methodologies in managing properties.
Assisting field staff to maximize performance.
Scout & identify potential clients with property management needs
Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, & bookings.
Supervising all staff & providing training, feedback, & performance reviews.
Promoting the estate’s businesses through various marketing channels.
Implement best practices, procedures & standards in real estate operations.
Managing all maintenance, repairs, & renovations to buildings & estate grounds.
Conduct regular inspection of estate & facilities to ensure they are in perfect condition
