Develop project’s concept design and prepare detail design drawings.
Prepare Architectural permitting drawings, and assure full compliance with all Authorities’ requirements, regulations and international standards.
Generate and manage Architectural BIM models.
Coordinate BIM Models with other disciplines to achieve a fully coordinated BIM project.
Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
Creating element Revit families.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience with a consultancy office in UAE.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM Implementation on major projects.
Advanced capabilities with BIM software applications such as Revit, Navisworks.
Ability to lead mid-size projects and coordinate fully with other disciplines.
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Has good experience in Abu Dhabi Authorities’ regulations and international standards.
Has good experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Rendering software.
Excellent communication skills.
