Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Corporate Sales Manager.
• The preferred candidate must be in UAE.
• To monitor competitor market conditions including rates, average rates, promotions and account movements on an outgoing basis to ensure the hotel maintains its competitive edge. Update DOSM on changes.
• To achieve daily targeted level of sales call into the field with sales effectiveness.
• To prepare monthly action plan for main market segment, based on achieving budget for room nights, average rate and revenue of the hotel
• To ensure the hotels’ rate structure is adhered to at all times
• Attends major functions i.e. trade shows and local hotel association meetings to promote sales for the hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
• The potential candidate must have 3-4 years of hotel Sales experience including at least 2 years of experience in UAE market.
• A minimum of 1 year experience handling corporate market and able to manage RFPs.
• A dynamic personality, with the ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
• Very good communication and organization skills
• Has a valid UAE driving license
