Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan/strategy that covers sales revenue, price, industry, expenses.
Responsible for development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
Focus on growing and developing existing clients by upselling/cross selling together with acquiring new customers
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that helps achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Create a systematic, sustainable customer acquisition strategy/process that can evolve with new trends and changes.
Build and mentor the Sales Team by setting individual targets, tracking sales goals, and oversee their activities and performance
Analyze existing approaches in the sales process and making changes where appropriate
Maintain sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, market situation, and competitors
Build, monitor sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long-term opportunities.
Achieve high sales targets and goals while motivating the sales team to do the same.
Evaluate market needs to exploit potential demand and identify new sales channel to improve and meet the company’s goal.
Monitor customer satisfaction of customers to ensure service delivery, address issues and provide solutions
Identify and solve client issues strategically
Partner with customers to understand the business requirements and communicate the value proposition of our services
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth

Demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
