Job Details :
Minimum 8 to 10 Years of experience in maintenance & troubleshooting of all types of HVAC System
Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Commissioning of Reciprocating, Screw &Centrifugal;Chiller Package & DX System (Split & Package Units) of York/JCI,
Carrier, Trane, SKM Make System
Familiar with Compressor Overhauling, Components replacement, pressurization flushing (in case of burn and welding) Oil charging, System evacuation, Gas charging,
Checking of Suction Superheat and Discharge Sub cooling,
Repairing HVAC Semi-Hermetic Compressors (Reciprocating & Screw Type)
He shall also pose knowledge and experience of all Compressor Internal Parts
Knowledge in Overhauling of Bitzer, Danfoss, Hanbell, Carrier Make Compressors
Knowledge in Electric Motor Rewinding - Coil Winding of 3 Phase AC Induction
Motors and DC Armatures
Knowledge of Insulation Resistance Test for Motors & Compressors
Knowledge of troubleshooting will be an added advantage
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 Years’ Experience in Compressor Overhauling (Screw & Reciprocating Type) & Motor Rewinding
