Job description GENERAL SUMMARY Complete responsibility for directing, training, supervising, planning, coordinating, all areas within the Brand Culinary Department including any projects requested by the management team of ensuring a quality product and secure profit margins while always maintaining the corporate image of the company. Can develop and produce Menu and implements it accordingly. Minimum of 2-3 years as Sous Chef in an Italian Cuisine in UAE.
