Job Description
We are actively looking for a Credit Controller with strong experience in Hospitality or Hotel Background.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Operate all established collection procedures to achieve targeted results while promoting excellent customer support to external and internal customers.

- Ensures the timely collection of outstanding credit in accordance with policies and procedures.

- Contacted and followed up with customers by all mean of positive effective communication regarding all unpaid balances.

- Identified accounts that required special resolutions by consulting the sales representative and or escalating to management for reasonable resolution.

- Maintained accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.

- Led client meetings to resolve problematic and aged debt.

- Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.

- Produced monthly reports for cash flow forecasting, reports for the credit manager and financial director and ad-hoc reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Hotel/Hospitality Industry in a similar Job Role.
- Excellent communication skills which translates into excellent customer service.
- U.A.E. experience is preferred.
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
