Procurement Officer
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary Package: AED 5000 - 6000 accommodation food transportation other benefits as per UAE law
Nationality: Arabic Nationality
Gender: Male candidates only
Job Responsibilities:
The procurement of all maintenance material requirements within facilities maintenance services
The collation of tender documentation and competitive quotes for maintenance materials, order & invoice processing
The administration of all purchase orders for non-material (contract labor) requirements
The administration of annual service contract purchase orders
The identification, sourcing, and procurement of technical maintenance parts or alternative products/materials for discontinued or obsolete items
Checking, storage, calibration, repair, and issue of maintenance safety equipment
Invoice and order approval within Agresso
Regular liaison with suppliers, including discrepancy resolution
To update stores catalog and produce statistical data as may be required, involving liaison with Facilities, resources, finance departmental staff including data processing
The creation and maintenance of a searchable archive of purchased materials, products, and services
Regular liaison with Finance Dept regarding procurement controls, invoice payment/credit note queries, setup of new supplier accounts
Attend procurement team meetings as required
Job Requirements:
Candidates MUST have experience in a facility management company
Candidates must currently be available in the UAE / Egypt
