•Overseeing projects records & payment certificates in connection with contracts to ensure terms are adhered to. & maintaining project-wise detailed reports
•Maintaining all relevant income and expenditure for each project.
•Issuing invoices for goods/ services rendered.
•Maintaining VAT reconciliations for billings to customers.
•Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments.
•Analyzing projects expenses and subcontractors’ assessments along with validation of claims by subcontractors, providing commentary.
•Business partnering with non-finance managers to develop processes and the understanding of financial requirements.
•Creating bespoke financial reports.
•Developing financial systems along with IT support to make processes more user friendly.
•Report on project profitability to senior management.

•The role requires exceptional planning and project management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
•Strong understanding of International finance reporting standards.
•3 - 5+ years of experience in contracting companies.
•Experience working with Oracle R12 software, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, ACCA Certified, or Business Administration preferred.
