IT Support Engineer
Requirements:
• Engineering/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, with specializations such as MSCE/MCSA/MCDBA preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on IT Support experience working in a corporate environment mandatory.
• Good technical knowledge and working experience on Windows server/client platforms, SQL server mgmt., .Net programming based on best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge on SharePoint would be an advantage.
• Ability to work with highly confidential information/data in a very restricted appropriate manner.
• Possess a technical, logical thought process with good problem-solving skills.
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
• An ability to prioritize and delegate.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A Team player with experience working on business critical IT Projects.
• Good communication (Arabic would be an advantage) & presentation skills.
• Ability to work extra hrs. If required depending on the Business requirement.
• Hardworking, disciplined and trustworthy.
• UAE driving license is a must.
