• Check stock upon loading it to the vehicle and make sure it is with the correct quantities as per the MO or the SO.
• Check the relevant document printed from ERP and WMS and make sure it is matching the destination.
• Should be well versed to use Laptop/Tablet/Scanners/Printers and perform the order processing efficiently.
• Stock responsibility, Stock carried always packed and placed systematically in the vehicle and deliver stock in a safe efficient manner.
• Make sure the vehicle is secured at all times and locked and avoid reckless driving at all times.
• Ensure the work given for the day is completed.
• Ensure all PODs from customers are received as per the requirements (stamped, signed from the correct party)
• Proper filing of all PODs within 12 hours with POD section or Finance.
• Receive cash and hand it over to finance without any shortage at the same day, provide and obtain the necessary receipts.
• Maintain the company vehicle in a pristine condition and perform all the regular maintenance services on time and report traffic accidents to Fleet Manager at the same day.
• Ensure process all given orders & dispatch it on time
• Carry on with any assigned task from transportation supervisor in case there are no deliveries.
