The webmaster will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online shopping website..
They must coordinate with the sales people to ensure accurate information uploaded to the website.
They will also coordinate with the website designers in order to adapt the website to the requirements from the commercial and marketing departments.
When customers report issues, web admins should be proactive, working to fix the problem while communicating updates to Sales and Marketing.
Also will be compiling statistics and coordinate closely with the sales staff, web admins and marketing to ensure smooth sales flow and customer relationship management.
Will be ensure a smooth ordering process by monitoring order traffic, tracking orders and following up with consumers to assess customer satisfaction.

knowledge of WooCommerce and WordPress.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
