الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Prepare designs and make floral arrangement as per guest orders for special days.

2. Coordinate, design and gather flowers for making beautiful flower bouquet for public display.

3. Maintain records of inventory of floral product and working supplies and coordinate for all additional supplies requirement.

4. Provide all services within budget and ensure delivery as per customer requirement.

5. Maintain work according to standard and objective and maintain records for employee performance.

6. Provide optimal services to invitee to develop strategies according to competition.

7. Maintain and provide exceptional customer care service in for increasing quality of work.

8. Design and maintain flower bouquets and supervise packaging and presentation of such products for public display.

9. Develop merchandising strategy and ensure upkeep of authentic department signage and prices.

10. Ensure compliance with all applicable health and sanitation programs and maintain safe practices.

11. Manage telephone calls and resolve all problems for customers.

12. Design flowers and enhance efficient safe keep of plant based food, leaf products and gardening accessories.

13. Knowledge of receiving orders through online (i.e. E-commerce)
