We are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Lead for our Liwa Trading Team.
The Role:
Manage, maintain, and effectively improve cloud-based network, hardware, storage, and app delivery platforms
Take overall responsibility to ensure network, system availability is met and exceeded consistently
Highly competent in administering a Microsoft Office 365 and Azure PAAS, iAAS & SAAS environments
Management of Web Server (APACHE, IIS etc), DB Servers, SQL Server management, firewalls & VPNs
Carry out security and system audits on the IT landscape to ensure there no breach on data & system performing optimally. Competencies in providing best system security practices, this includes disaster recovery planning and first response actions
Maintain and secure user accounts, passwords, file system security, Active directory, and data integrity for IT environment.
Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a preference
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure organizational technology needs are supported and delivered seamlessly
Manage end-to-end identification, assessment & selection of new IT platforms, liaise with and manage vendor relations
Maintain up to date records of all IT moveable and immovable assets
Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.
Experience in managing Helpdesk for properly tracking and documenting all system problems, changes, and problem resolutions using automated ticketing system.
Good Knowledge of cloud computing environments
Expert Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Unix, Linux, Windows, etc
Expert Knowledge of Storage & backup Management
Good Knowledge of Datacentre operation
المهارات
Soft Skills:
5 years overall experience in a corporate, retail, or manufacturing setting for running IT infrastructure
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage both business and IT client stakeholders
Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible.
Industry Certification in one or more of the following: ITIL, CCNA, CISA, CCSA, PMP, Prince2, MCSA & MCSE
Attested degree
Highly motivated, self-driven and worked in lean IT Organizations
You must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and currently living in the UAE.
