- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing emails in relation to Parking and security services.
- Manage all incidents reports and escalate it to concerned departments.
- Inspect all security guards and ensure they are following company and authorities policies and procedures at all times.
-Ensure to read all security reports and take necessary action if required.
-Ensure all CCTV are working and in good conditions
-Liaise with residents concerning the Security & Parking services of properties and deal with the resident’s problem professionally to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
-Establish a data monitoring system to be able to manage and monitor the: 1) Security 2) Parking
-Establish a data tracking system by unit wise of each apartment based on the CRM system for all Properties.
-Ensure that all certificates & trainings of securities are valid & they are certified by authorities before joining date to expiration in full compliance with the company safety & security standards.
-Reporting all parking issues for properties and all related transactions regarding the parking.
