•Managing his team by planning & Organizing their schedules and leaves
•Maintaining the quality and standards when it comes to customer services and presentations
•Controlling his team and ensure adherence to company’s SOPs
•Solving operation challenges to facilitate the work
•Submit Training Needs to Training Department and following up on orientation to maximize the benefit
•Monitor and Follow Up employee requests
•Conduct monthly feedback sessions with driver
•Create and update the reports to monitor the team performance (Tracking system – data logger – etc)
•Following up on registrations process with authorities
•Following up with HR team on the in/out boarding process (Team selection – requesting uniform – requesting sim card – exit checklist – etc)
•Monitor & Follow Up Maintenance of the bikes and fixation required
•Follow up with the call centre for any (delayed orders – pending orders – complaints) to ensure the smooth running of business
•Conduct investigations for all driver related incidents
