• Well-versed in Microsoft Windows 10 & Microsoft office
• Knowledge in Service Desk Application
• Resolution of issues related to AV
• To be able to provide first & second line of support
• Experience: Ten years’ experience in repair and maintenance of PCs, workstations and peripherals.
• Nine years Similar Experience in large organization more than 3K employees
• Strong set of hard tech skills, and a strong basis in current technology.
• Knowledge in Windows & MAC Operation Systems
• University Degree in Computers
• Friendly presence and helpful attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
