• Supervise work of all cleaners.
• Prepare and implement cleaning schedule and assign duties to cleaners and other housekeeping staff.
• Inspect all areas of the house, except where restricted, and ensure that all cleaning is done according to task checklists, quality standards of cleanliness, and schedule. Take necessary action where required to regulate performance and quality.
• Lead by example and promote efficiency, integrity, courtesy& an extremely high standard of quality.
• Participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by the management.
• Evaluate staffs’ performance.
• Ensure that the standards required by Management are maintained at all times in the areas of work.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping stores.
• Comply with any requests made by management to the best of the ability. Seek help from management where needed.
