• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing counter sales operations
• Provide an exceptional customer service to understand customer needs and offer immediate support
• Organise and coordinate with Rental Agents’ daily schedules
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and organised delivery of vehicles for lease customers
• Prepare the operations daily reports to be submitted to the Sales Manager
• Cross-check all contracts on daily basis to ensure all requirements are supplied correctly
• Oversee the counter operations to ensure that target KPI’s and counter sales are met
• Oversee the daily collections to ensure that there will be no over dues for counter rental agreements
• Oversee the monitoring of vehicle turnovers and coordinate accordingly for any due service
• Provide briefing with the Rental Agents to deliver clear targets
