The eCommerce Administrator manages the development and operations of B2B and B2C applications. This individual collaborates with departmental power users to define processes and support them with appropriate application configuration. The eCommerce Administrator assists the Director IT in managing the ever‐growing portfolio of web and mobile tools, some developed in‐house, some vendor solutions. This individual maintains strong relationships with the business, and translates business needs into technical solutions. This individual works closely with local IT and with external system administrators managing the infrastructure, and is responsible for application performance and availability
