REQUIRED POSITION:
1) Big Data Engineer
PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
• Ability to setup, configure and maintain a production grade vanilla Hadoop cluster using Hadoop and wire other open source tools to bring up a working Hadoop cluster.
• Implementation including loading from disparate data sets, preprocessing using Hive and Pig.
• Scope and deliver various Big Data solutions
• Ability to design solutions independently based on high-level architecture.
• Maintain the Development and production systems (Kafka, Hadoop, Cassandra, Elasticsearch)
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks
• Design, construct, install, test and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from different source systems.
• Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
• Collaborate with members of your team (eg, data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the project’s goals.
• Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality.
