PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
*Planning, Developing & Implementing of expansions and enhancements on Headend platforms and Service platforms of IPTV, OTT & Mobile TV including Set Top Boxes and Mobile Apps
*Analyzing Capacity/utilization and implementing innovative solutions to address various Broadcast & Interactive services system issues and new services
*Organizing and controlling the Operation and Maintenance of Digital TV Platform comprising of TVRO, MHE, Backend Platform, INMS systems and Remote POP sites in order to ensure continuous, reliable, efficient and secure functioning of the IPTV & OTT platforms
*Monitoring of planned preventive maintenance schedules of Digital TV platform
*Verifying & tracking of maintenance activities to ensure the SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
