PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
*Planning & implementing full lifecycle CEM activities including, customer Journey, FCR, CEM tools, develop analysis and reporting capabilities
*Continuously monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
*Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
*Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
*Implementing mobile business intelligence insights and recommendations
*Designing the customer service journey per layer/device/access/channels
*Analyzing individual customer behavior along with the trends to come-up with strategies for better experience or revenue
*Scrutinizing individual customer behavior, device, penetration, usage, zone, location, ARPU….etc. per service to identify area of improvement and feasible new revenue stream
*Planning, designing & implementing of Systems & Services for Roaming VAS in a comprehensive and systematic approach to improve existing and new innovation of roaming VAS services
*Initiating continuous development and implementing of various techniques and standards related to the roaming VAS field and capacity/utilization analysis to serve as the benchmark for the current and future roaming VAS infrastructure requirements
*Managing the performance of all NMS Operations functions for a diverse range of NMS systems
*Prompting a reliable O&M;24/7 support for NMS systems
*Managing and Modeling of Network Inventory for Fixed Core, Fixed Access, Transport, Mobile Core, Mobile Access, IP address Management
*Implementing eTom standard Inventory related processes with IT and Engineering teams (Network Creation, Fulfillment, and Assurance)
*Planning, Implementing & Managing the Performance Systems (Performance Management, and TT) Strategy, Design, and development for Networks (Transport, Fixed, Mobile, Radio, Roaming, etc.)
*Automating Manual work related to Service Assurance and finding innovative solutions. (Such as: Applying advanced Correlation, SLA Calculation and Vendor Management)
