Quest is in partnership with a leading multinational Consumer Goods manufacturer in the MENA region, and is looking for experienced Plant Operations Head (Tissue Papermaking Mill) in the UAE.

As a Plant Operations Head you will responsible for all the operating activities in the plant, achievement of all KPIs, formulating and maintaining the best practice standards, safety standards; you will oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.

You will be part of a highly skilled global team of talents and work with best in class equipment.

Desirable skills and background:

* MA or Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in similar role and capacity
* Must have experience in Tissue Papermaking
* Proven managerial experience
* Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
* Strong leadership, operations management, and communication skills
* Detail oriented with excellent coordination skills
* Willing to work in the UAE.
