Job Description
Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams and third parties for a large organization.
Experience in agile delivery within the context of a medium/Large technology change program.

Knowledge/skills:
Strong presentation and communication skills with executive management and other stakeholders
Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery and digital transformation.
Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty and respect
“Agile Delivery Lead”: 10 years (Required)
“Proven Leadership across complex delivery”: 5 years (Required)
Education & Certification:
Master degree is preferred
PMP certified
Agile (PMI or scrum)
