1. Planning and performing work that involves in delivery of goods to the desired destination of the consumer.
2. Responsible in food safety and hygienic loading at the 5PL Warehouse and unloading of the products at consumer place.
3. Responsible in ensuring tally inventories are correct and accurate.
4. Responsible in handing transactions including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Band Gateway Machine.
5. Maintaining and ensuring that the delivery vehicles are in accordance to Food Safety Requirement, hygienic and in good condition.
6. Ensuring that the delivery complies to a no contact delivery to ensure safety of the consumers.
7. Follows the GPS and accurate routing which minimized transit/delivery time.
8. Responsible in ensuring that the total number of deliveries per day are fulfilled.
9. Responsible in close coordination with customer for timing of delivery and compliance to the agreed timing.
10. Responsible in proper vehicle stacking as per the routing and material arrangement in accordance to delivery sequence.
11. Ensuring proper behavior when dealing with customers to avoid any conflicts.
12. Adhering to the company regulations and standards in ensuring proper PPEs (Uniforms, Steel toe, Mask and Gloves) are always worn.
13. Ensuring that proper hygiene and correct behavior shall be observed at all time.
14. Ensuring compliance to Food Safety and QHSE requirements.
15. Performs related activities as instructed by the Supervisor of Home Delivery
