Monitor and improve estimating performance through incorporation of actual cost feedback into future estimate by reviewing key aspects of project contracts or contractor proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge and Skillsets
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Offshore Marine Projects related to the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business Planning, offshore projects and core marine processes, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations.
• Proficient in English.
Professional Certifications
• NEBOSH , Offshore HSE Training (HUET , OPITO Approved HSE Induction.
