Responsible for providing overseeing project QHSE requirements and ensuring the implementation offshore projects in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures and HSE best practices. Participates in the development of offshore projects QHSE policies and procedures by researching offshore projects QHSE best practices. Participates in the daily management of project QHSE by providing advice to the Project Management Team with respect to QA/QC activities, in order to assist the management to ensure that the QHSE management activities are communicated, aligned and monitored.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge and Skillsets
• At least 4 years of relevant contract experience in Offshore Marine Projects related to the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business Planning, offshore projects QHSE and core marine processes, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations.
Proficient in English

• NEBOSH , Offshore HSE Training (HUET , OPITO Approved HSE Induction.
