1- Team Leader

-Will have client interface (on phone)
-Liaise/report to Manager
-Oversee DEOs
-Computer literate
-intermediate to advance knowledge/skills in MS Apps
-Preferably with experience working as a Logistics Coordinator
-Able to converse in English properly
2- Logistics and Dispatch Attendant

Work Location - Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Job Descriptions:-
-Ensure the weight of cement sold in the data system so as to aid in the verification procedure with regard to sales achieved and accounting purposes.
-Direct the drivers to load from the right cement silo or from the packing house in case of bags loading.
-Issuing loading orders, delivery notes, and weight bridge tickets.
-Giving the right signal for tanker drivers during the loading process under the silos.
-Communicate with drivers properly to have a smooth dispatch process.
-Report dispatch sales quantities to the commercial team.
-Report an issue in the dispatch area to the Logistics and dispatch administrator.
-Organize the truck traffic inside the plant during the export time.
-Record arrival and departure hours in order to determine the waiting time.
