Supporting a team of recruiters in delivering and organizing recruitment events across multiple locations in short time-frames. Help attract and source candidates for multiple recruitment trips from the initial planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out a post-event evaluation. Lead/support the recruitment team efforts through targeted campaigns and advertising, ensuring the target audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly. Collaborate with a team of recruiters to ensure there is alignment on the openings that will be marketed at the events. Review and assess the response from all campaigns so that a targeted candidate pool can be shortlisted, it will then be up to you and the team to coordinate the availability of all candidates for the event. The role is primarily hands-on and will often involve working with a team, organizing and providing guidance on logistics, timescales and agendas.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 8 years’ recruitment experience.
Previous experience of running targeted international recruitment campaigns and events across multiple locations.
Passionate and dedicated recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
Industry knowledge in Construction/ Engineering
Knowledge of working on International assignments
Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
Acute attention to detail and organized.
Strong team work and collaborative skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignments.
