QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Knowledge about UAE free zones mainland and offshore companies.
Good Knowledge on Free zone procedures.
Experience in licensing procedures prevailing in respective emirates.
Documentation Dealing with Ministry Of Labor, Ministry of Interiors, Economics, Tourism, chamber of commerce to obtain licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when compel.
Prepare presentations and other reports
Identifying the best Zone / Emirate to set up their operations in UAE.
Collect information about the business activity in UAE through a variety of methods.
Preparation, Consolidation and submission of documents on behalf to different government authorities.
Assist in opening their bank accounts, identifying appropriate premises for their operations, including for commercial, industrial or warehousing purposes
Obtain license approvals from different government departments for setting up the business activity in the UAE
Knowledge about trademark registration, Dubai Customs, Dubai Municipality, RERA, Land Department etc.
Familiar with bank account opening procedures
Worked in incorporate service or related field.
