General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate, conduct and participate in Quality or technical compliance audits of Contractor, Sub Contractor or Vendors.
Conduct internal audits of Hill International projects and offices.
Assist Project Team with the preparation of quality documentation and procedures at project start-up.
Provide quality training to Hill International office staff and project teams as required.
Provide guidance and support as required to Project Teams and site-based quality staff.
Drive the closeout of NCRs across company and projects.
Identify areas of improvement across projects and office functions.
Collection of Quality statistics and reporting of project performance.
Review of Quality reports and documentation before issuing from HO, if applicable.
