Project Manager – Schools Construction

الوصف الوظيفي
1- Responsible for the end to end delivery of his Project on time, within budget and in safe manner.

2- Represents the Main Contractor in all meetings and correspond with Client/Consultant and authorities.

3- Safeguards the Main Contractor’s rights while keeping an outstanding relation with the Client and Consultant.

4- Heads the Contractor’s Project team, assign their tasks, motivate them and ensure their performance.

5- Plan his Project methodically, implement the plan and follow up his team to achieve the Project plan.

6- Effectively coordinate between departments within his team for seamless and successful completion of the project in hand.

7- Timely and consistently report his Project’s time, cost, safety and quality performance internally to Projects department.

المهارات
1.  Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience in similar projects.

2.  Preferably with previous experience in construction of ‘Future School Program’ in Abu Dhabi

3.  Have successfully completed at least 2 projects as a Project Manager responsible for the delivery of the whole project.

4.  Must be a strong team player and self-motivated.

5.  Must possess thorough knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations and authorities’ requirements.
