QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Follow-up and maintenance of staff computers, printers, routers, and IoT devices
Installing and operating new hardware, installing and updating system software
Conduct preventive and periodic maintenance
Periodic visits to the offices of the external body to identify technical needs
Dealing with servers, network devices, and operating systems
Solving technical problems faced by users of laptop and desktop computers
Prepare the user manual for the ready applications
Training and guide users of personal computers in operating systems and applications
Experience in troubleshooting network (LAN, WAN and WLAN) incidents and liaising with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for network incidents resolution.
