Currently we are looking for Social Media Specialist to join our Company with minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in UAE, who are familiar with following duties & responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all social media accounts, forum profiles and other online paid & organic engagement channels used in the marketing activity.
2. Plan and create weekly / monthly social media plans for management approval before sharing the required material for posting to graphic designer.
3. Create a profile and manage newly social media platforms such as Snapchat, maintain twitter, facebook, Instagram and linkedin pages.
4. Responsible for the overall trends on social media such as updated, insta story, live videos (Fb + IG) snapchat and among others.
5. Plan & create brand awareness, call-to-action and promotional content for social media.
6. Create a strategy unique for each social media channel such as innovative video that is align to the present occasion or monthly theme.
7. Report the insights of social media reach, new opportunities, best converting assets, country/region insights and recommendations.
8. Responsible for the online reputation management of the company through reporting responding, and managing negative/positive reviews & questions posted on every social media channel.
9. Research and collect automotive-related blog posts, questions & forum discussion threads and be on the same page with the Digital Marketing Team’s plan.
10. Coordinate & follow-up with the customer support team to improve the quality of social media leads.
11. Plan and manage social media calendar.
12. Schedule postings in all media channels approved by the Management and additional channels if requested by the Digital Marketing Team.
13. Plan, execute and hit the target for social media organic reach & Engagement in all channels.
14. Research on viral content as well as new social media & interactive activities like social media contest.
15. Research and recommend promotion ideas & taglines.
16. Research & recommend topics for the Content Team and designs for the Graphic Design Team.
