Summary:

We are looking for a qualified account manager to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. This person will provide support for sales representatives.

This person will conduct business reviews with accounts and Identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.

Core Responsibilities:

● Maintain continuous business relationship with partner/ restaurants.
● Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolving operational issues between clients/restaurants and company.
● Make sure that the menus of the partners are up to date at all times.
● Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).

What Did We Order? (Core Qualifications & Experience)

An ideal candidate for this role would have:

• Will have a diploma in Business Administration in Marketing or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

• In-depth Knowledge of Food Industry Market.

• Knowledge of professional Proposal, pricing model.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:

• Logging activities on SalesForce (meetings, new contracts, updates on products etc)

• Brand Marketing Reports
