Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree in a related discipline
At least 5 years experience in the field
Knowledge of Arabic and English
It is preferred for those who are familiar with the relevant legislation in the country or the emirate
It is preferred for those with experience in the government sector, the social sector, and the housing sector
SCOPE:
Study and analyze current housing benefit options, the model for providing housing benefit services and beneficiary groups based on the needs of the changing community groups and the family life cycle
Study the social variables that affect housing programs and services in the emirate
Make standard comparisons with similar government agencies to take advantage of local and global best practices with a view to studying and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the services provided by the authority
Recommend recommendations and areas for improvement in developing and reviewing relevant legislation and policies. Technical supervision of the working group in the same field and providing the necessary technical support for team development and continuous monitoring of the team’s performance.
