Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job overview
A leading Hospitality VIP client located in Abu-Dhabi is currently looking for a Dynamic Executive Assistant who will be reporting to General Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain the executive’s agenda.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Assist in planning appointments, Board meetings & conferences etc.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc).
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
Prepare correspondence/paperwork required for tender.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related qualification.
3– 10 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
Excellent secretarial, Basic Accounts and valuation skills needed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
Project planning and self-management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Job Package
Salary of AED 4,000 to AED 5,000.
