Job Key Details:
Deliver a high standard of customer services at all times
Attend to customer complaints or any major incidents
Prepare reports analyzing the customer services that the company provides
Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Provide assistance and advice to customers using the company’s products and services

Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree
At least 1+ years of related experience required
Good communication and customer service skills
Must have a positive attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
Expertise in computer applications required
Must have a good typing speeds
Should be able to work in a team environment
Should have a positive attitude and able to interact well with all kinds
