We have partnered with a global leader electronics OEM company that develops a variety of products, leading the way in smart technologies, solar, digital signage, home entertainment, mobile communications, home appliances & air solutions to assist them with their hiring needs across MEA region. At present we are recruiting a Business Development Manager who can grow their presence across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain proving a complete integrated and customised solution to all business verticals.
You will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities:
Create new strategic customers
Enhance cooperation with existing accounts
Develop strong relations with high end users / developers
Assist sales team securing projects at higher GP
Manage Abu Dhabi sales functions related to a specific Account (Sales/Consulting Sales/Service)
Penetrate untapped clients (Consultants, Contractors and Clients), Abu Dhabi Governmental & Semi Governmental Accounts Generation & Management
Improve Relations and business with existing accounts
Guide Sales teams to increase profitable revenues of product portfolio within Abu Dhabi
Coaching Team(s) members on field activities and technical advancement
Core Competencies:
Strong technical and commercial aptitude
Ability to work in a team across departments / locations
Experience of working in international and multicultural environment
Advanced Technical Knowledge in Systems Design and Installation (contracting
Advanced and professional Interpersonal skills
Planning and analytical skills
Mature management and leadership skills
Key requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development in Abu Dhabi market
Mechanical Engineer Graduate
Fluent in Arabic
Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English
