الوصف الوظيفي
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural and structural shop drawing, visiting site to compile measurements as necessary.
• Draw detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
• Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
• Report to architect, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect’s supervision.
• Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials.
• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.
• Extract the required data for the survey team from the drawing and assist the construction team with detailed plans and sections.
•Preferably having experience in Construction of Future School.
المهارات
• Diploma in civil or architectural Engineering or Associated Degree
• Considerable experience in a similar position 5-10 years preferable in UAE
• Proficient in the use of computer design (CAD) software
• Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
• Active listening and verbal communication skills
