1. Having good knowledge of MEP systems and all authority standards / Approval in Abu Dhabi & managing the construction activity of Pre-cast Structure MEP works.
2. Follow up / Review MEP Material Submittal & Obtain the approval from Consultant/Client.
3. Follow up / Review MEP Shop drawing with other trades & obtains the approval from Consultant/Client.
4. Monitoring / Follow-up the progress of the works based on the approved construction program / Shop Drawings.
5. Interacting with the project Subcontractors / consultant / clients for all the site activities and coordination.
6. Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs.
7. Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, MEP coordinator, Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work
8. Ensuring that all Inspection Requests are raised and get it approved & Keeping all the records updated at site
9. Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time.
10. Preferably having experience in Construction of Future School.
المهارات
1. Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant experience.
(Precast MEP works experience is added advantage).
2. Must be a strong team player and self-motivated.
3. Must possess thorough knowledge of UAE regulations, Shop drawings and MS Office.
4. Must be able to communicate diplomatically with consultants and sub-contractors.
5. Valid UAE Driving License.
