CANDIDATES PROFILE
Designation: Project Quantity Surveyor
Job Descriptions
1. Detailed quantity take off from the drawings and preparation of Bill of Quantities.
2. Preparation of detailed material take off from the shop drawings for ordering materials.
3. Preparation and submission of all interim and final payment applications to the Engineer.
4. Preparation of monthly payment certificates of the subcontractors / suppliers.
5. Preparation of the project cash flow.
6. Review of all IFC drawings and technical specifications issued to confirm the compliance to the contract documents and list out all the diversions.
7. Preparation and submission of variations and claims in compliance to the Conditions of Contract.
8. Document and communicate with the project team all the contractual and commercial risk and to take proactive and remedial measures as and when required.
9. Prepare and manage log for performance bond, advance payment guarantees and subcontract warranties.
10. Administration of variations and claims of subcontractors / suppliers and finalization of their accounts.
المهارات
Eligibility (Required)
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in the Civil Construction out of which 7 years in GCC countries as a project quantity surveyor for medium to large projects.
3. Knowledge of principles of measurement international.
4. Good knowledge in the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (Red Book) Edition 1987 and 1999.
Desirable
1. Hands on experience on cost control procedure based on Earned Value Management.
2. Experience in Musanada projects.
