الوصف الوظيفي Salary Upto AED 15,000/- Location - Abu Dhabi المهارات · Responsible for the delivery in accordance with the maintenance strategy in-house, contracted services and soft facilities management services to the standards directed. · Ensuring all soft services Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are correctly planned, coordinated and implemented. · Ensuring all reactive soft services calls / problems / requests are dealt efficiently and in accordance with pre-agreed response times with our clients. · Responsible for providing a key interface between Soft Services Section, clients and the contracted service providers on a day to day basis. · Responsible for monitoring and reporting of service level agreements and key performance indicators, internal and external, also tracking of risks/ rewards mechanisms. · Responsible for financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels. · Responsible for providing a continuous improvement review and development of initiatives to improve or rationalize hard services to achieve optimum performance and full client engagement. · Responsible for assessment, procurement and management of projects specific to cleaning, waste management or pest control services. · Identifying cost saving and performance enhancing opportunities. · Minimizing exposure and risk including compliance, due diligence and H&S;. · Developing and maintaining effective working arrangements with other sections, partners and stakeholders in order to meet project objectives and outcomes and enhance ongoing relationships. · Site visits, a minimum of once a week, ensuring both client and cleaners are met. · To ensure that all cleaning operatives are adequately trained to an acceptable level, commensurate with the duties they are to perform. · To monitor the performance of staff and take the necessary action to manage performance, having referred to the Regional General Manager and Personnel Department, as required. · To order all cleaning materials required by the team, using agreed suppliers.
