To attend to phone and email enquiries from the public about services provided.
To schedule appointments for members of the public to obtain services.
To prepare documents for the services provided.
To process the services using designated online systems.
To collect fees for the services rendered, issue receipts, and handover monies to Finance.
To maintain proper records on the services rendered.
To prepare statistics and reports on the services rendered.
To work closely with and supervise external agents for services outsourced to such agents.
To liaise with various UAE government agencies (e.g. Police, Courts, Immigration, etc) for special requirements of the organisation.
To liaise with various non-government organisations (e.g. airlines) for special requirements of the organisation.

Able to handle difficult customers in a firm but polite manner
Good teamwork; able to work well with colleagues of different backgrounds, genders, ages, nationalities
Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Able to work under stress dealing with multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and changing customer requirements.
Have an eye for detail to ensure that services are rendered flawlessly, records are maintained properly, and monies are collected and handed-over appropriately.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Comfortable with the use of computers, IT, smartphones.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to occasionally work overtime/weekends.
