Responsibilities • You will be tracking and documenting the project progress, monitor the risks, effectiveness, and performance of the project and project team and proactively facilitate the development of contingency plans and recommended corrective actions as required. • You will apply technical management and organisational skills that results in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective and proactive communications and stakeholder management. • You lead regular team meetings in an efficient way. • Publish project documentation. • Action item tracking and task prioritisation. • Appropriately manage and escalate project issues or risks. • Drive the standardisation of tools and processes for project delivery. • Provide transparency and visibility on the status of projects by implementing tools and standards. • You transform ambiguity into clarity. • You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations. • Drive the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy to ensure the alignment with the company’s strategy and monitor the progress. • Participate in the projects management policies, processes and procedures and manages the implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled. • Planning, scheduling, execution • The prime responsibility is to ensure that the project produces the required deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. • Responsible for ensuring the projects team is contractually aware of their respective responsibilities, scopes of work & deliverables and ensure that they meet their goals, deliverable deadlines. • Responsible for all day to day decisions relating to the management of the project including resources and skill required, implementation of projects controls, making recommendations on changes to the specifications. • Manage the mapping of the progress vs. plan ensuring consistency with budgeting and planned completion or review dates. المهارات • Strong industry track record in the oil and gas domain. • 3+ years proven experience with project management • Project Management Professional PMP/PRINCE2 certification Solid organisational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent judgement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skills • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and PM software at an intermediate level. • Ability to travel تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/project-manager-oil-and-gas-4147567/ |
