الوصف الوظيفي Expectation · Builds and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development · To develop effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence · Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team · Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team · Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence · Besides supervising sales agents, real estate sales managers also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing · Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for PSI · Strong leadership skills that motivate the Sales Team to perform beyond expectation · Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends · Excellent selling capabilities · Desire to coach selling techniques to their team · Ensuring that the team is following all company policies and procedures. Customer service: · Ensure professional communication with PSI clients by presenting PSI in the best image · Exceed clients expectations by providing the best approach in meeting client’s needs and requirements · Abide by PSI code of conduct by appearing formal, elegant, and being professional all the time · Answering and responding to telephone inquiries and schedules site visits as per PSI policy · Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting · To maintain SLA for response time and follow up with the client · Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service · Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates · Provide advanced negotiation expertise · Connect company headquarters with customers and salespeople in the field Requirement: · Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, marketing or relevant field an MBA will be preferred · Proven track record in a similar role or at the level of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager not less than 5 years · An Attested Bachelor’s degree · Driver’s License (Must) · RERA/ Municipality Certified · Good awareness of CRM, Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies · Experience managing and directing a sales team · Five or more years of experience in residential/ Commercial sales preferably in mixed-use phased and multi-unit projects · Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets · Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment · The specialist knowledge of sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis · Ability to manage budgets and control costs, and gather, interpret and make the best use of data to increase sales · Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds المهارات
